Announces DrawingBoard IV Large-Format Digitizer
December 3, 2002–GTCO CalComp announced today the release of their new
DrawingBoard IV large-format
digitizers. The new DrawingBoard IV large-format digitizers feature the
industry’s highest resolution–up to 12,700 lines per inch, a choice
of corded or cordless transducers and a variety of sizes to satisfy the
needs of any application.

industries have relied on the quality, reliability and performance of
the DrawingBoard line of digitizers to increase their speed and

Available immediately in four sizes ranging from 20” x 24” to 44”
x 60”, the DrawingBoard IV provides a resolution of up to 12,700 lines
per inch and accuracy of 0.002”, making it ideal for even the most
demanding work. Users can select the pointing device they find most
appropriate for their work: 4- or 16-button corded or cordless cursors;
or click-tip, pressure tip, or Lite Touch pens are available for
accurate digitizing.
