Troubleshooting  for GTCO Brand Products

As with any computer peripheral, digitizer problems may sometimes occur. Most of these problems are easy to find and correct. The troubleshooting procedures in our User's Guides (Windows Help files) provide clear instructions for solving all common problems associated with the product. In most cases, you'll be able to quickly take care of the problem yourself by following these steps:

First, install properly.
Our troubleshooting procedures assume you have already correctly installed your product according to the detailed instructions in the product's User's Guide.  If you have not used the step-by-step instructions in the User's Guide, do so now.


Next, follow the troubleshooting instructions in the User's Guide.
Record any unusual observations. Your notes will be useful if you need assistance from us later.


If your system still doesn't work...
Contact GTCO Technical Support. Be prepared to discuss the observations you made while troubleshooting. A Technical Support Specialist will help you resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
